We had a homework assignment for which we had to visit the main city. There, I chose to learn about cheese-making.
We found my fromagerie and the woman working there was super nice about me asking her stupid questions. Still, I found out how to make cheese and am currently writing a science article about the science of cheese.
This Saturday we're going to Gruyère, Switzerland. There's a famous cheese factory there.... I'm soooo excited!
