Welcome to the famous cheese city!
We learned how the cheese process works. My favorite part was hearing about how important the bacteria are. Thank you fermentation!
We went to the castle next. It has some funny history attached to it, but the three of us had a fun time in the cute little rooms. This is the kitchen!
Now I know that we have to go there again in the wintertime, when everything is covered by the pretty snow.
